2026 4th of July Parade

Join the City of Whitewater for our annual 4th of July Parade as we celebrate Independence Day and the 250th anniversary of America’s independence with this year’s theme, America 250. This year marks the first year the City of Whitewater Parks Department will be overseeing the parade, and we are excited to continue this long-standing community tradition. We would also like to extend a sincere thank you to the Whitewater Lions Club for their many years of service and dedication in organizing the parade. All parade entries are encouraged to celebrate the America 250 theme, and a special prize category will be awarded for the best entry that represents the theme.

Parade Step-Off: 10:00 AM
Road Closures Begin Promptly: 9:30 AM

 

Where:
Step-Off Location: Prince Street and Main Street
Route: Travels down Main Street to the intersection of Main Street and Whitewater Street, then continues down Whitewater Street to Cravath Lakefront Park/
