Special Event Application

The Special Event Application is required for any organized activity held on public property or right-of-way in the City of Whitewater, including festivals, parades, concerts, races, and similar events. This application helps City staff review event details, coordinate necessary services, and ensure compliance with local regulations to support a safe and successful event. Applications should be submitted at least 45 days in advance and must include complete event information, site plans, and any required permits or documentation.
